Chemical Processing Flake Ice Machine
In the chemical processing industry, it is most often used in the manufacture of certain colors of azo dyes, optical brighteners used in soaps, and certain herbicides.
To produce dyes, a number of chemicals are mixed with water in a reactor to form a new molecule.
During the exothermic reaction, the temperature inside the reactor is controlled by adding flake-ice.
